URGENT Vacancy exist in a small but busy Office on the LAGOS ISLAND for an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
Bsc/HND in Business/Secretarial Administration. (Candidates from other disciplines or with lower qualifications BUT WELL EXPERIENCED will also be considered)
– Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
– Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and use of the Internet.
– Good Knowledge of Office Administration.
– Ability to handle Correspondence and Take minute of meetings.
– Capable of planning and organising Events .
– Able to Maintain Basic Financial Records, including Bank Reconciliation.
– Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
