Today, we bring you the story of a fast rising cobbler and OAP, who’s focused on making a difference in this city of Warri and nation’s economy.
Today’s is her birthday. And we decided to share her story. Read her story below, And drop your comments.
Efe Anita Kotor is my full names. Am 26 years old, from a happy family of 7 and am number 2. Anita is an ambitious goal getter and a free spirited lady who loves God and everything about Him. A graduate of mass communications from Delta State University. I love to talk, but most importantly make meaning hence I choose a career path in broadcasting (Radio). Currently working with Delta’s best, Crown and Kpoko FM.
In her quest to standout and be unique, she took interest in leather craft. A job which most people ordinarily think is for men. She loves the technicality and challenges that comes with it. Her motivation comes from the fact that she’s been able to prove the doubters and naysayers wrong but consistently delivering as a female cobbler. She someday hopes to establish a training center for young people who have an interest in craftsmanship especially ladies.
I love to sing, cook, read, meet new people, share ideas and hangout with friends. I love my jobs, and am grateful for the opportunity given to serve using my voice. I dunno what I’d have been if wasn’t an OAP/Cobbler, I’d probably be a singer, song writer…..Lol.
Her favourite quote: Life is what you make of it, the choices spices it up.
